Epsom is easily reachable by car along the A24 via M25/A3/etc. Just punch the postcode into your GPS/partner doing the map reading. The pub has a car park, but there is free park in the surrounding residential streets and if you could use those it will help them keep some space free for their Sunday lunchers.

Trail

The trail will be a two and half hour trail, mostly off road through the rolling hills of Surrey.

Pub

The King's Arms pub in Epsom. The pub is a 5 minute cycle ride from the train station. A flour trail will be set from the station. It is my local and has great food & drink. See here for the pub website.

Food served till 6pm on Sunday. Those who remember the pub from our last visit a few years back, will be glad to hear that it is under new management and had a total refurb. Now a Youngs pub with great food, and nice beer garden, so lets hope the weather allows us to sit in the garden :D

Menno put on an epic ride in July. He'd thankfully cut it down from what it was but still took us 5 hours! He's obviously a bit fitter than the rest of us!(For the benefit of new readers, rides are normally no longer than 2.5 hours). Anyway, it was a beautiful day, there was no mud, scenery was lovely and the food/beer at the end was great! Thanks Menno.

A quick hare report for the July bash, and an excuse to test the new website. Apologies to all those who were expecting a slightly shorter ride :) My Marmotte training meant I misjudged the ride length, ever so slightly. I did cut two hours off my original reccied route, but obviously not enough. Also even though I'd just replace my entire drivetrain, my bike chain snapped twice whilst laying the trail and twice whilst haring, which meant I was unable to shortcut the slower pack as I had planned at key points. I did get a refund for that chain! I had fun doing the reccies as I tried to find trail we hadnt ridden before. See the route link for GPS details of the route. I promise the next time will be shorter, On On!
