We still need hares for the June bash and onwards. Only July has been claimed so far by uber-hare Stiff Upper. If you'd like to volunteer but have never hared before please get in touch. We can always pair you with an experienced hare to learn the ropes, but it isnt hard to learn... believe it or not, even Stiff Upper was once a virgin hare! Haven House Children's Hospice phoned us to see if any bike hashers would like to enter the London Triathlon on the weekend of 2nd/3rd August. They have 3 places left. We've been asked to highlight Dark Skies, a new charity through the night cycling event on June 7/8th in in Kielder Forest, Northumberland. The North East Autism Society and Cry in the Dark organise this, see here for details.
